1. Introduction: 

The equipment includes automatic tube feeding, automatic ignition core feeding, automatic fixed ring feeding, fixed ring pressing, ignition tube appearance detection and unloading. The equipment automatically transports the semi-finished product of the pipe material to the fixture of the turntable through the vibrating plate loading. The ignition core is put into the pipe material by the robot, and the fixing ring is pressed by the pneumatic pressure cylinder. The system judges the product OK and NG according to the camera's photo, and the material is cut.

Automatic ear sewing machine

     1.Introduction: 

The equipment includes automatic feeding of material box, automatic feeding of ear piece, transplanting of ear piece rotating table, folding mechanism of ear piece, sewing mechanism of ear piece and cutting mechanism of ear piece. The device automatically absorbs and places the ear pieces on the turntable carrier through the suction cup, the folding mechanism folds the ear pieces, the turntable transplanting the ear pieces into the sewing machine, and the sewing machine sewing products; After sewing, the ear piece is transplanted to the cutting station by the turntable. The system judges the product OK, NG according to the sewing information and cuts the material.

1. Introduction:

 The combination of three vibrating plates is used to find the feeding camera to find the material gap, the two robots are responsible for loading and unloading grabbing, the feeding robot puts the material into the mold after the injection molding is completed, the unloading robot grabs and takes away the waste residue, puts it into the electrical inspection to inspect the injection molded pins, and then put it into the material tray, the movement of the material tray is realized by a set of automatic loading and unloading mechanism, and the use of grating to realize the picking and placing of the material tray without interrupting the overall operation.

Assembly line-backend machine (Leak check)

1.Introduction: 

The INFICON /INFICON helium detector is used to detect the negative pressure vacuum helium leak in the product. After friction welding, the product is filled with high pressure mixed gas, which contains helium. If defects occur in the welding process, the internal high pressure gas will leak slowly. The crude vacuum pump is used to pre-vacuum the detection chamber to reach the required negative pressure value, and then the fine vacuum pump is opened and connected to Infocon to detect whether the fine gas contains helium. If there is helium, the NG is judged.

2.Features:

(1)     Equipment using LDS3000 leak detector has high throughput and good quality and reliability, reducing downtime and frequent maintenance.

(2)     The detection speed is fast and the accuracy is high, and the leakage rate of up to 1 x 10-11 mbar l/s can be detected in 1 second.

(3)     The equipment has a complete DIS error prevention system to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the equipment.

 1. Introduction:

The micro gas generator production line is mainly used in similar applications such as car seat belts and jacks. It is filled with gas producing powder or gunpowder in the cup shaped cavity, and ignited by the ignition tube to achieve the gas generator function.
